I don't know who operates it, but try this link: Grand Canyon Trailer Village | National Park Central Reservations.

Grand Canyon, Ariz. – The National Park Service has selected DNC Parks & Resorts at Grand Canyon, Inc., a subsidiary of Delaware North Companies, Inc., to provide a variety of visitor services at Grand Canyon National Park for the next 15 years. This is one of two concessions contracts that are expected to be awarded this year.

The new park concessions contract is anticipated to begin January 2015 and includes grocery, food service and retail stores at the Grand Canyon Village Market; lodging, retail and food services at Yavapai Lodge; retail, food services, grocery and a service station at Desert View; operation of the public laundromat and showers known as Camper Services; and operation of the Trailer Village RV campground

When we went to Grand Canyon two years ago I was very disappointed in the run down appearance of the shower house. I hope that new management with a long term contract will motivate them to make improvements.

We stayed at Trailer Village last April. The attendant at the entrance would leave a "full" sign out front at 5 PM...yet early morning walks showed 20-30 vacant spots. It was obvious the previous concessionaire was just not that into it.

We had made reservations months ahead for our stay last May. We found the CG to be very nice, well maintained (didn't use the showers) and the attendant at the entrance to be helpful. The shuttle bus stops at the entrance and connects with the shuttle system to visit just about every viewing site on the south rim.
I hope the new concessionaire does as well.

I processed a reservation using the above site, but I then found another website to make reservations. Now I need to find out if my reservations was taken correctly or not.

What was your nightly rate? I got a confirmation back from a Travel Agency in Minnesota and I want to check to make sure they are not increasing the rate.

I was quoted $36 per night for the 28' spot (midweek), but then I recall them saying it would be $39 with taxes.

Visit Grand Canyon National Park | Yavapai Lodge
That is the correct website for the new operators of the Trailer Village RV Park. You can also contact them on 1-877-404-4611.

We just booked with them for mid-march.
