Trip to Niagara

Greetings, we are heading up to Niagara this weekend to see the Falls live for the 1st time. I would appreciate any recommendations regarding places to stay, including boondocking, and different things to see and do.

We stayed at 4 mile creek state park, Electric only, but huge lots and friendly folks at the office. About a 15 minute drive to the falls. Campground is right on lake Ontario. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Golden Hill State Park right on Lake Ontario. We had water and electric site but they also have some dry camping spots, waterfront sites (we had one of those), several bath houses with laundry, and a working lighthouse inside the campground with tours available. Was a nice ride of about 45 minutes to Niagara Falls.

We just visited in June/July for a few days. It was really great. It was on my bucket list, but pretty far down. I am so glad we decided to go. We stayed at Branches of Niagara Campground and Resort on Grand Island. It is a 15min drive to the falls. The campground is full hookup and was a really nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

We are looking to stay on the Canada side, any suggestions on full hook up?

x2 on Four Mike Creek. Would definitely go back.
