Question going from Moab to Bryce.

Going South to Monticello and Blanding and across on Hwy 95 to Hanksville and Capitol Reef.

How is that route for a 37' DP with Toad?
I was just going to go West across I-70 and down Hwy 89 to Bryce, but my friend suggested the Sourthern Route.

Thanks,
Wm Mayberry

From Moab to 95 to Bryce is just fine. You'll be going on Hwy 12 into Bryce. We've done the whole route often with our 40' MH.

Good information.
It's tough to figure out looking at maps.
Thanks

You'll have some ups and downs but very doable.

Capital Reef National Monument

If you can take in Capital Reef along the way to Zion and Bryce you will be one happy happy. There are some off-road trails there for your toad and or the two mega off read treads you carry along!

The vistas are well John Wayne movie caliber perhaps not as refined as monument valley but wild really WILD.

I am home sick bigly heck hugely really really missing the west.

Two gypsies knows his stuff, however if you want to take i70, the section between US191 (from Moab) to I15 is one of the most beautiful sections of interstate roads.

We’re starting in mid May 2020 and may add places as we see fit.

* 5 nights at the Grand Canyon Trailer Village.
*5 nights at Zion River Resorts for that area.
* 6 nights at Ruby’s for Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome and however far I can drive the Rubicon.
*5 nights at Portal RV Resort for the Arches, Moab etc.
*3 nights at Morefield Campground for Mesa Verde.

From there, we’ll start heading back to Florida.

I did look at Watchman campground but they wouldn’t take my reservations until November and we feel more comfortable having all places reserved in advance.
Were you able to book Ruby's? Their website shows nothing is available from November/2019 to May/2020

Did most of this this past spring. Zion to Bryce use 15n to 20e then 89s. Nice drive , good hiway. 40’ towing a car.
Hiway 12e past Bryce has many excellent stops.
Calf Creek Falls, the hogsback, Escalante outfitters serves the best pizza ever!
Lots of other great options while you visit Bryce area.

Ray, yes I booked. I had to call them directly and was told that they are implementing a new computer system, will take my name and requested dates but won’t confirm until some time in November. But in less than 2 weeks after talking to them, they called, assigned a site and sent me an email confirmation. It cost me a one time fee of $10.00 to select a specific site.
