Wal-Mart, Lincoln or Houlton Maine

Heading to PEI on Saturday and will need to stop for overnight at some point along I95. Anyone stop at the Wal-Mart at either Houlton or Lincoln, ME.? Just stopping to sleep and be back on the road early next day. Tim

We stopped at Houghton Walmart a few year ago and mistakenly parked in the commuter parking. It was a few point turn to get out as they parked and blocked us in when we awoke.

We stayed at a Cabelas in Scarborough, ME just off I95 a few years ago on our way to NS and PEI. They even had a dump station and potable water available.

Never mind, I thought it was a LOT closer. I just googled it and it's about 250 miles away- sorry.

I'm from New Brunswick and normally stay at the Calais Walmart, I have stayed at the Houlton Walmart but their parking is a little smaller. There is a nice campground just outside Houlton that is very reasonable. It's called "My Brothers Place" and is very clean and nice camp sites.
