Walmart's in Florida
Are Walmart's in Florida as RV friendly as in other parts of the country in regard to over night parking.

Some yes, some no. The more crowded places, such as Orlando or other big cities, likely not.
We always phone the store before we go, regardless of where it is. That way you will know before you arrive, and won't step on anybody's toes.

ALL Walmart's are RV-friendly, it's company policy.
However, many local governments have passed laws forbidding overnight parking on commercially zoned property anywhere in their jurisdiction.
I often visit relatives in Naples Florida when I'm nearby and Wally-Dock because it's a 2 minute walk to their house. A couple years back on one such visit I failed to notice the new signs. A police officer was parked nearby when we returned to our rig. We chatted for a minute about where we were from (he'd seen the Ontario plates) and basically told us to ignore the reg's he'd just told us about and move to the side parking lot to be a little less visible from the main street. When I asked about the prohibition he just chuckled and described it as 'a tool to deal with the riff-raff'.

+1.
We travel from Canada to Florida and back every year and always stay at Walmarts. I always call the Walmart I want to stay at the day before. I don't want to arrive to find out I can't stay. There are enough around that if 1 will not allow you to stay there is one in the next county that will.
Walmarts in most large cities will not allow overnight stops.
