Watch out for USIRV in Wichita

A fellow traveler and I have spent over a month trying to get payment back from this park. After numerous telephone calls, the credit was never issued. Apparently it needs the owner's approval and that does not appear to be coming. So at the moment they have over $400 from the both of us for a visit that was canceled several weeks prior to the reservation and are unresponsive to emails, etc.

If you are a member of Good Sam, contact them. They are pretty good at getting members the $s they deserve.

Contact your credit card company and see if they can help. I have had my CC reverse a transation, but it was within 30 days of the transaction.

Try contacting the BBB and the State Attorney General

Try what Wayne M suggested. Call you CC company. They charged you for something you did not receive. CC will contact them and ask them if this is so, if it is you get this charged reversed. I have done this twice.
