West Coast Oceanfront RV Camping - Where?
We are trying to book our holidays and want to see the coast of Washington and Oregon. Can anyone recommend some with good ocean front sites with full ammenities? First stop will probably be around Seattle for a few days and then down into Oregon, Lincoln City/Newport area.
Your recommendations are always appreciated!

We stay at Outdoor Resorts at Newport. Very nice and a short private walk to the beach.

Go online and check out Ocean Shores, Wa. There are some nice ones there but call ahead because some only have 30 amp service and partial hookups

There is a great state park called Cape Disappointment at Long Beach WA. They have full hookups and a short walk to the ocean.

Harris Beach State Park in Southern Oregon is great. Cape Disappointment is also great as noted above. It has two lighthouses to walk to, and you can tour one. Cape Kiwanda RV park in Pacific City Ore is very good, and located just across the street from a great stretch of beach.

Also Grayland Beach State Park near Westport, WA. Right on the ocean. Need to reserve ahead of time. If you are planning to come anytime in the summer you may not be able to get a site anywhere on the WA coast. Books early and quickly. We booked Grayland over a month ago and couldn't get a full hook-up at Cape Disappointment during the week in July.

Klaloch, Copalis, Grayland, and Cape Disappointment all are great ocean front locations in Washington.
