West Glacier to Banff

Starting to plan our Summer trip from So Cal. Looking for any advice/tip on the route from West Glacier to Banff. Roads, places not to miss, etc. TIA

If you plan on staying in the Banff/Canmore area reservations should be made soon.

We crossed into CA on the East side of Glacier National Park, I believe on 17. The border crossing was small and not busy, very quick. Roads were good enough for us in our 40' Moncao.

One don't miss attractions is Waterton, there is a grand old hotel

there with scenic overlooks. Very Nice.

Already did. Only took me 3 hours on opening day to book two weeks in Banff.
