The pads are a little narrow with the coach house at each spot. I can't extend my awning all the way without it hitting the coach house but the covered patios behind the CH is available for renters use. Some are equipped with full outdoor kitchens and grills and some are just covered patios. I've never felt encroached upon by the neighbors but the developers squeezed every site the could out of the property.

Any idea how Camp Gulf stacks up against Top Sail? We're going there in July

Do you need reservations in the middle of July?
Thanks

You need to drive through Bella Terra. Lot sizes are fine. Most separated by landscaping.

I know Bella Terra lots are fairly roomy as I have been there. I was commenting on the Heritage RV.
I really liked Bella Terra - it is sort of out of the way, in the middle of no where however!
Thanks

If you are talking about Heritage, the spots are plenty big. The pads are probably 70' long but only 18-20 feet wide and with the roof overhang of the coach house between each pad, my awning hits the coach house roof before it fully extends. This really isn't a big issue because you aren't going to sit under your awning but will use the covered patio behind the coach house. The pads are angled and the road is very wide so a 45' will have no issues backing in. All spots are back in except a couple of spots directly on the water which are set up to either pull in or back in depending if you want the bay view out your windshield.

Definitely. You might not be able to get a water view spot in July. They do most of their ocean front by the season, actually two seasons. We enjoy it the most in May (off season) as there were few people there.

They have a website.

SRH,
You'll be fine length wise at Libby's, it's just that the sites are REALLY close together. And the last time we were there on a water front site it was tough to get level. Would've had to take the front wheels off the ground, and I won't do that.

We recently stayed at Anchor Down RV Resort on Douglas Lake near Sevierville, TN and the Smoky Mountains and we thought it was pretty special. More comments and photos can be found here - Big Dude's Eclectic Ramblings: On The Road Again To Dandridge, TN - Anchor Down RV Resort
