What a bummer! Hopefully it won't stick and you'll be able to get out soon.

Get you and your rig out onto I-5 south and wait for a snow plow. Follow it to its turn around and then await the next south bound plow. Worked for me on I-75 from the border crossing in Sault Ste Marie south to somewhere near the Kentucky Tennessee border. Slip stream him and make no attempts to take the lead.

Siskyou Pass might stop you, Don!

Glad to hear you're getting out again, Larry & Rita. Best wishes.

Larry & Rita, what did you decide? Looks like I am waiting until Monday. I am not sure I could even get out of the storage lot today..
Safe travels. Don

Strange they predicted all kinds of snow for us over the last four or five days and all we have had is brilliant sunshine and freezing cold. Our area peak (Mt Arrowsmith) is almost devoid of snow and we are where there should be a hundred or so feet of it up there. Strange and very cold winter.

From the traffic cams , it's the north of OR. that's got the worst of it. A dusting in the ditches and above freezing on the Siskiyou, summit.
