What's up with Outdoor Resorts of America?

A couple of years ago, we looked at the Outdoor Resorts of America locations in San Diego County (Aguanga, CA) and near Branson (Oak Grove, AR).

Wondering what happened to that company . . . seems those places are independent now.

Hi SeeTheUSA,
Once the resort is managed by the HOA, the owners can choose any management company they want.

ORA has been having money problems for the past few years, They got so far behind on maintenance fees on undeveloped lots in Oregon the HOA sued them. The HOA at The Ozarks resort bought the park from ORA. I'm not 100% sure but I think Port Saint Lucie is the only resort ORA actually owns and controls.......Bruce
