Question Rafter J Bar?

Thank you to all of you for the wealth of information. I believe we'll try the southern route around Chicago (what time of day is best to go through there to avoid most of the traffic??) and stay one night near Rochester at Autumn Woods RV Park. We'll continue on and stay for a week or more at Rafter J Bar.

We will have Non-RV friends traveling with us, so the cabins at Rafter J Bar will be perfect for them. Which area of the campground should we request in order to receive satellite TV (we have DISH), have 50amp FHU, have access to a restroom, and not be too far away from the cabins where our friends will be staying?? They have sooooooooooo many choices!

Any other suggestions for a one night stay near Rochester?

Just let them know you have satellite and they can assign a site based on that.

I80, at the "bottom of the lake", is most congested from 6 AM to 9 AM, and 3PM to 6 PM..
It is a toll road, until you get far enough west on I80 where it separates from the other interstates.
