Nope. It is the Irwin Lodge, just outside of Crested Butte. It is said to be the location for the set of a movie called "Mountain Family Robinson". I never saw the movie but I stayed at the lodge. it may be closed down now. They used snow cats for ski lifts and they claim the most snow in CO at 600 in.

I've been on that highway. We had to wait in line 45 minutes just outside of Globe. They were blasting for improvements on the road and had to clear it all out before traffic was released to drive through.

Wow! Give us more time to guess!! You posted it at 2:40 and gave the answer at 4:40.

Salt River Canyon is a beauty and a favorite of ours... have done it often. Since you're now a pro you need to drive Colorado's 550 (Million Dollar Hwy) - another favorite.
