We stayed at Lake George RV Park and enjoyed our 10 day stay last summer, and would stay there again.
Some notes / thoughts on the park.......
Lots of activities going on within the park, and very kid friendly place.
The check in process was very well done, and main office and general store are nicer than what saw anywhere in our 1st year of RV travels (150 nights on the road)
We were on site W4, at the top of the main section of the park.
Nice site, and we really liked the separation between spaces. It great when you don't have to look at your neighbors hook ups!
We could not access the park wifi from our site.
Most of the sites are wooded as was ours, so we could not use our Satellite, while a few of the spots on the rows behind (136-138, 145-147) us could have probably had an open shot. The park cable was decent, with a reasonable channel offering.
The park did empty out quite a bit during the week. The main pool is clean, but not fancy, was not over crowded during the week, but we avoided it on the weekend.
The east section of the park is a bit odd to me.
The 11 lettered sites are on an paved parking lot, yes, one big section of asphalt......
Sites 72-82 are on what I would call an open field.
Sites 2-33 back up to tall pines, but again, pretty much an open field too.
Seems to me that you may be able to get a satellite shot on some of the lettered sites (B,D better chance) 2-16, 72-82, not sure about 17-33.......
The other sites on the east section are under tall pines.
The east pool seemed to be a little quieter, but we did not use it.
