If you want a park with plenty of room to walk the dogs try the Jekyll Island State Park on the other side of I-95 from Coastal Georgia RV Resort. Dogs are also allowed on the beach. When we used to stay there we we had a Goldie and a Lab and we would walk them from the RV camp to Driftwood Beach. There are also a lot of trails and bike paths for walking them. Some of the sites are close but others are well spaced.
