Oftentimes we don't even bring a toad, just using the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) to get from the RV park to Disney. We're taking the toad this time though. If the park is too busy we'll just head to L.A. for some touristy stuff instead.

We are going in mid July and staying at Anaheim RV. I know. July.

We are headed to Samoa, CA, there will be four RVs, all of us related in some way. Ummm, I can almost smell the campfire with a couple of Tri-Tips smoking, something cold in my hand and watching the lights from Eureka, CA reflecting on the bay. JH

If I was to camp this weekend I wouldn't say so until I got home.

I'll be at Mayberry Campground in Mt Airy, NC with about 150+ other Forest River owners at a frog rally.

Since we're retired and can go anytime, I think I'll just stay home and leave a spot open for those who can only go on weekends.

We'll be at Arcadia Lake, Edmond OK.

Hopefully we'll be the group that causes people to say; " There's way too many people over there having way too much fun."

I've found that for campgrounds that are normally full during the spring/summer there really isn't much difference on the Holiday weekends. Of course, on the water there are more boats, etc.

For the 4th year now, we head to Georgetown, KY. We go before the weekend and pull out after "the day". They have a two day bicycling event called the Horsey Hundred. We usually ride 60 miles on day one and 55 miles on day two. It's well sponsored, great eats, great routes through rolling hills of horse country. Always a good time with friends.
