Williamsburg, VA-American Heritage Campground

We arrived here on Thursday morning. It has been about 5 years since our last visit and they have done quite a few improvements. One the have concrete pads. They have allot of landscaping going on as well. And not that I use their bathrooms, but WOW. They are as nice as some of the hOtesls that I have paid 250 a night for. Individual stalls, ceramic walls, and floors, private shower rooms as well...and clean!

If you need a place to stay while visiting the area this is where I would stay.

Thanks, this is the second Easter we have spent here. We will be back in August as well! Hopefully warmer weather then!

We Stayed there on the 3rd and 4th of April.....WOW what a nice campground. We have 2 little kids and they loved it there. The bathrooms were spotless(my daughter won't go in the motor home ) and the Dog Run is fantastic. We will definitely go back. Have a great time!

I was just there 4--12 April I love the place. I was also there 23 Dec. thru 2 Jan 2009.
I saw many improvements since the first of the year--It's Great to see improvements at any place you go-I love the Williamsburg area any way.
