Another vote for Palm Creek RV in Casa Grande. We have stayed there two winters now and the place is great. Yes, it's not cheap but the quallity is #1.

There is nothing on their website about rates. What are their monthly rates? And do they have seasonal rates? If so, what are they?

If you see a F-350 dually parked at the Alfa in site 50 say hi. I spend about 3-4 days a month home.

We paid under $600 last winter at Canyon Vistas which included a couple of miscellaneous charges. Electricity was extra. They have an annual charge also. They adjust their rates about March 1st each year so you would need to contact them for current rates.

We love, love, LOVE the Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort in Casa Grande. Very well maintained resort with every amenity and tons to do. Casa Grande has all the basic shopping, restaurant, entertainment, etc for everyday living and the more metropolitan Pheonix area is only about an hour away. Tuscon only about an hour south. After 30 years of Alaskan winters, we think it's as close to perfection as you can get. We've been touring the east coast this summer and enjoying it, but can't wait to get back to Casa Grande for this winter.
