That would be cool. I've still got a '55 - 210 post Chevy. May take it to Mecum Kissimmee in January. Not sure. I still really like the car.

Just wanted to say "Thank you" to all of the cruisers who stopped at The Shed for BBQ and music. We were parked/camped on the edge of their parking lot, spending all day Friday and some of Saturday watching the car show which included everything from Auburns to Vettes. Its always better to see them under power than static in a museum.

Majestic Oaks is the nicest cg in the area. Get ready to open your wallet however.
We prefer to dry camp next to hwy 90 so we can see all the action. We're used to spending 7 days with no hookups.

You could also try Gulf Haven RV. It is about 5 miles or so to Cruise Central.

John are you still going to be there this year? Have you got another car to bring?

Do any of you guy's come up to Minn for Back to the Fifty's Car show? Last year we had just under 12,000 Cars. If I remember correctly there were over 100,000 peoples. Quite the show.

Tim

Ronnie,

I'm registered again for this year but we may take a break after so many years. I'm keeping the '55 Chevy for now however we'll be the Mecum/Kissimmee auction later this month. I'm not looking for anything specific but you never know.

et ky,

In Destin check out "Camping on the Gulf" cg. Some sites are right next to the beach. Also, look at Topsail Hill State Park in Destin. Very nice.

In Panama City, Emerald Coast cg is nice.

Ronnie,
Isn't a Viper to new to register? If we're there this year I'd LOVE a ride in it.

John, Yes you are correct about the Viper (1998) being to new to register. I am going to bring it anyway. I will try to talk them into making an exception about the registration. If they won`t , I will just have to drive it around and have fun outside the venues. Be more than happy to give you ride in it.

Ronnie,
A year or so ago someone had a "to new" car and was frowned on but he got in. Like you he registered an older car, sold it, brought a newer car in and kinda fibbed when he picked up his packet. You might have seen or heard about it.
But hey, how can a Viper be kicked out.
My '36 is registered and I guess I'll change to my '55. Then again I'm going to Mecum.

Ronnie,
I just thought about it. Are previous entrants grandfathered?
