Though I did not see any information on pricing I do recall seeing an ATV rental business (temporary location) just off the north-west corner of the bridge on Hwy-95, by the big white tent. That was this past year so they may or may not be their again this coming January.

I would also suggest you Google "quartzsite atv rental".
