Alabama Football

I have asked for info in the Community Forum ( just conversation ) and received no response. Will try here.
Looking for any info from anyone that has stayed in the RV area on campus at University of Alabama for a football game.

All on campus is reserved thru Tide Pride.The waiting list is several years.

The city had some spots that were not on campus but were close. These spots were along the river where the picnic areas are. They use them for rv's on te weekend during football season. We have stayed in the several times.

I should have realized that you have to go thru Tide Pride.
Have been to several games. Always got caught up in the events on campus prior to game time and never checked into RV spots.
Do you know of any campgrounds off campus other than the spots down by the river near the picnic area.
On our next trip back that way will be in the MH. If we do not make it this year it will be next year for sure. Just need a place to park over night for a game.

Check parkingsolutions.com on internet. They manage the area where the old Tuscaloosa Chevy lot was and they rent MH spaces for Bama games. Area is about 100 yards from river, 2 block walk to downtown area. They charge $200 per weekend and you can come in on Thursday. 80 MHs came in from Penn State for the game.
