On the bottom right of your post, click on the little folder with the pencil eraser. Just to the left of the triangle.

You can't edit the size of your picture on this forum. The picture has to be resized before it's posted.

You can delete it until you get it resized.

If you can't highlight and delete the picture, you should be able to delete the entire message and repost.
