Well, just finished my first (and last) trip to Quartzsite. I suppose if you used it to meet old friends, or needed some particular product you might hope to get a good deal on it would be o.k., but overall it wasn't anything special for me or Leila. Glad we went and I did enjoy parking out on BLM land and enjoying the stars, but you can do that anywhere.

Oddly, we've gone to sturgis most years since the late 80's, so its not the crowds. I think its just one of those personal preference king of deals.

Hope all had a good time. We had started our trip at Palm Springs, which was great, then over to Yuma, which was ok, and now we're up near Sedona, which is pretty nice. Headed out for Williams and a couple days at the grand canyon, then on to Vegas to visit friends and unfortunately, then back to work.
