Kinda glad I didn't change our reservations as plans tend to slip and slide about... I plan to get there Wed the 17th now and depart Tuesday AM the 23rd... Since Bob is not going to be with me, and it's just Bess , me, Honey n the Bee (Jeep)... my travel plans are more fluid. Maybe I'll make gluten free carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting...I'll have to make and freeze them before I head out Monday...

Wonderful Marty, and don't worry about bringing food. We'll all provide enough for you to eat...well, unless I get there first.
Sorry Bob can't be there. He's always the life of the party.

I sneaked into Earlene's facbook and posted this:

"Sneakin' in again, this is Wayne. Don't really know how to post in this media so: Rally just around the corner. There is so much to see in the area that day times are going to be pretty much used up for sight seeing. Cooking is going to be secondary. There is a very nice restaurant in Johnson City where we may all adorn with our presence and bedazzle them, or get kicked out. Pot luck is still on the table but let's decide what evening would be better. I'm not hoping for rain, but if it does look like it is in the forecast maybe that would be a good evening for a pot luck dinner. Always, always open for suggestions and recommendations."

Does Earlene know you are sending smooches across the world wide web? Thanks, Bro. Yah, first trip so far from home Solo. I've gone halfway across Kansas Solo but not towing.

I'll bet there will be plenty of open seats for touring. Heck, Carl may even have an extra helmet.

I'll provide disposable plates, bowls and utensils. I'm no cook and don’t have a stove in my RV anymore.

Depends on what you are going to fill them up with.

That reminds me - I have to add drinks to the meal list.

Take a look at page 1 and places to see for rough estimates on milage. Distillery looks real close - been there, nice tour, nice sampling then.

Well, I’m making some of TBCCCIW (the best chocolate chip cookies in the world) to add to the dessert pile, and for weekly munching as well. Depending on how the dough works out there’ll either be really gross cookies or a gross of really good cookies. We’ll see.
