Texas Motor Speedway

Just sitting outside on a beautiful night at TMS. Just wondering if there are any fellow NASCAR fans out there in any of the camp grounds.

Not there but have done that.

I was the MEP project manager while Bruton funded the LVMS Neon Garage and Media Center. Lived at the track for most of 2 years in a TT.

Got to park the beater in the VIP lot between Crown Royal and the Blue Man Group for a race. The crown people were generous.

I like to watch it on TV now, no desire for the circus...Enjoy!

I'm sitting next to a picture on the wall of 336 Miata's lined up in 5 rows on the Texas Motor Speedway taken in 2009 when we were members of a Miata club and Mazda sponsored the 20th birthday of the Miata in Grapevine Texas.

We did a run with all those Miata's from Grapevine to the TMS. Police blocked some of the roads for us.

That racetrack is extremely steep when you are on it.

Used to pull the Miata behind our coach.

The infield is sold out and there is a lotto to buy spots. I believe they are around $1750 for the 3 race week end season.
