Try and get registered before June 1st. Electric in July is good especially if you have an A/C. All activities will be in climate controlled bldgs.

The generators used at The Rally are "New Age" extremly quiet and efficient. Each RV has their aown 30 amp lug. Its not shared with other rigs, si if you blow a breaker its your useage not anything shared. There in no voltage drop due to the individual outlets.

Hope to see you at The Rally in Louisville.

No, there won't be thousands of rigs arriving at the same time. To make your parking experience enjoyable, when you register you will be given a window time of arrival. You should not have to wait anymore than 30 minutes from arrival to being parked.

All parking spaces are 25' x 40' . You will have plenty of space to put out your awning and entertain all your friends.

A- Frame boxes are located right behind your rig. Maximum length from middle of rig to plug is approx 40'

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

At Perry, GA they only ran the generators certain hours however I had took the dry parking and there wasn't any limitations on using your generator. Last time at Louisville (and Daytona) they also had dry areas with generator operation However at Louisville they had heavy rains and could not park RVs on the grass which meant they had to use an Walmart warehouse area quite some distance away and furnished bus for transportation to and from

So for anyone who's been to one of these....I could save a days vacation if we pulled out on Sunday. We would make a short drive to my sisters house in Charleston, WV on Sunday, then the rest of the way on Monday.

Would you say that we would miss much by pulling out on Sunday? I'm thinking by that time we might be all "Rallyed Out" anyway, and we would of course miss the traffic nightmare of leaving on Monday.

Just looking for input from some of those who had been there. But You can put us down as 99% sure we're going to be there. We would actually be comming fron Cincinnati, where we go to take in some baseball games once a summer.

Don't forget, if you registered to come to The Rally, please RSVP to the one on the iRV2 calendar so we can get an idea of how many iRV2 members will be there.

Thanks!
