Tentative "yes" from us. Just saw this thread. We're in the target demographic (new RVers) and are looking forward to meeting others.

Cape Rv Park, is this park actually on the river?
It does seem like a great place to see.
I will get back on roll calling to let you know.
It's okay I have a 5th wheel right?

Tumbleweed, you bet your welcome. I'm an old 5er myself. Just updated to a MH 3 weeks ago, back problem made hooking/unhooking a pain in the back. No, Cape Camping & RV is not right on the river but close. There is a stocked pond for fishing I was told. Don't forget to mention IRV2 to get the special pricing. We'll see you there!

Hey Tim, I don't know if you are a night traveler like I am but, we are going to leave on Thursday night for Cape Girardeau! We will arrive late but it will make for a better day on Friday and if you are up for it we can caravan down together! What do you think??

Hmmm..

Probably past our bedtime, to tell the truth! We still have some uncertainty in our calendar but we'll let you know how our plans turn out.

I don't thin we will make it, my mother in law 87 is sick, with alzhemiers and seems day to day.So we can't go very far and in a holden pattern closer to East Tx for now. My dad's 84 also sick with 4th stage cancer. Our plate got filled up fast last couple months.
We hope to be able to go to a rally some day.
Please don't forget us.
And have lots of fun..

Thanks

We've got our reservation as of this morning. We'll be there on Friday (Liz will probably have to work on Thursday). Meanwhile, I'm scrambling to do some vehicle maintenance, and we also hope to get out for a short run before this just to shake everything down after storage. With this silly weather, we haven't even dewinterized the plumbing yet...
