Who's going to be in Madison for the FMCA rally
Just wondering who else, from the IRV2 family, will be attending the FMCA rally in Madison WI. So far I know, Petro and Driver will be, in addition to us.
With it so close to home we couldn't pass up the opportunity to attend plus I'm looking forward to attending seminars relative to our new coach and it's systems, all new to me.
Also, if you need local information, we may be able to help. We lived and worked in the Madison area for over 35 years.

When is it? And what is it all about? Like, is it a RV show? Or? Thanks.
We live 20 miles to the east of Madison.

FMCA web site
You can get more information here. The rally will likely draw as many as 2500 motor homes, of all varieties and sizes. There will be huge display of new motor homes, again of all descriptions, and hundreds of vendors hawking their wares, most somehow related to the RV lifestyle. I'm especially interested in many of the seminars, trying to learn as much about the systems in our new motor home as I can. Of course there will be a lot of new friends made and the sharing of road stories and favorite RV destinations. It's rare for this type of event to be so close, you really should try to make an appearance.
As close as you are you could choose to drive in from home each day, or for just a day trip, although I think it would be more fun to stay on the grounds. Attendees bringing their RVs will be split between parking at the Alliant Center or at Lake Farm county park.
We lived in the general Madison area for almost 40 years. From '03 to '10 just south of you, in Lake Mills. Sold that house when I retired last year.

We will be there. Going in on the 7th. I heard about a good meat store called Ken's so looking forward to going there.
I'm sure everyone will attend at least part of the Governing Board meeting? I would hate for my time to be wasted.

Jay,
We started a discussion here but its not getting a lot of traction.
FMCA 86th Family Reunion, Madison, WI
I will have a number of NEW iRV2.com stickers to hand out. Please come by and see me in booth 1107 & 1109. I'll be the guy with the iRV2.com shirt on!
See you in Madison!
If you have any "on road tips" in regard to travel in the vicinity of Madison please let us know. I plan on going West on I70 and then North on I39 ... avoiding Chicago. We will be coming from Dundee, OH.
