Not just that little chunk of 285 but ALL of 285 is an easy drive but not very scenic.
Full-timed for 16 Years . . . Back in S&B Again

Parts of it are annoying with slow drivers and you can't pass well with a big rig. You get some slow farmer out there and you'll follow him all the way to Alamosa.
