And do stay on I-75, do not take the bypasses. Everyone else is taking the bypass as we breeze through the middle of town - yup, surprised me too the first time, when I simply missed the exit ramp to the bypass. The only backups we've experienced (and that includes the last time, when poor planning put us in the city at rush hour) was where the bypass merges back onto I-75.

We came through Atlanta this past Sunday night around 11:30 and it was smooth sailing. We normally would not drive that late but did not want to get stuck trying to get through on Monday morning. Stayed on 75 and was like a ghost town.
