Big Texan Steakhouse on I-40 in Amarillo...great overnite RV mansion-parking a block away...free limo service. It's our highpoint when traveling west every year.

Don't know if its still there but the small school bus in Hyder Alaska was the best meal we had on our +3 month trip to Alaska.
