Better route from Denver to Estes Park

Can anyone tell me which would be better to get from Denver to Estes Park with my 30 ft MH, Hwy 36 out of Denver or on up IH25 north to hwy 34 and then across.

Either way is fine. I prefer I25 to 34 but you will most likely hit traffic either way. Avoid Boulder during morning and evening rush hour if you decide to take 36 during the work week.

Both are fine Boulder is the only hic-up but we do Rt 36 all the time - they just improved the road right up to Boulder.

As I understand it they are doing road construction on the highway from Loveland up to Estes, don't want to misquote the wrong highway number, think it is 34. It is one lane during the construction that started about two weeks ago. Expect delays if you go that way. I think it is better to go up from Lyons via St Vrain during this road work.
