Big Rig Parking App, Website or Publication?

Many times we have seen signs along the road advertising places of Interest, and the first thing that pops into my head is, "I wonder if there's parking available for big rigs with Toads so I don't have to unhook."
Do any of you know of an App, Website or Publication that might tell about the accessibility issue?

You can look at the venue on Google Maps - satellite view, to see for yourself if they have spots marked for buses and RVs. If they do, obviously they can get in and out of the place.

Doesn't reflect the wayside stops, but does cover campgrounds, it's called "Big Rigs - Best Bets":

We saw a place of interest once and the sign advertised "big rig friendly". Once we were committed we realized who ever designed the parking lot obviously never drove a coach with toad! We had to unhook just to get back out.

Good luck finding a app for that. Let us know if you do.
