Will be making this trip around Aug 1st. Would appreciate advice on best route to take. Any construction delays / other concerns?

Bob,
I'd suggest this route:
I-70 W to I-270 North around Columbus
Take Rt-23 North (Delaware exit) & ride that to Rt-30 West at Upper Sandusky
Stay on Rt-30 West & take I-469 North (includes Rt-30) around Ft. Wayne & then get on
Rt-33 North to Goshen
This route takes advantage of mostly freeways.

If you're adventurous, you can do:
I-70 West to I-270 North around Columbus
Pick up Rt-33 West (at Dublin) & keep going on Rt-33 until you hit Goshen
Now this one sounds too simple to be true & would encompass going on 2 lane roads & through towns, but it would be a route that's straight & flat....like most of the west part of OH is.

You gonna be at the KOA in Buckeye Lake for a spell? That's one local CG we haven't been to. It's just 20 minutes from where we store our MH & just seemed too close to go to. But we will be there the wknd after Labor Day as I found out our dealer is having a customer appreciation rally there then.

Thank you both!

Lori, we will be at the KOA for 4 nights. DW is attending the Longaberger Bee in Columbus. Then we are off to the HR Rally in Goshen.

Rt. 33 is MUCH fewer miles and good road. No towns until you get near the Indiana line. Only 2 towns before Ft. Wayne. Rt. 30 and 33 go together in Ft. Wayne. Go around Ft. Wayne on the 469 Bypass.

I have driven this route many times and you can travel this route in ANY RV.
