Buffalo, WY RV Park accommodating Big Rigs?

We are traveling on I 90 east from Livingston, MT to Buffalo, WY today. We have a Big Rigs Best Bets Book which lists Indian Campground and Deer Park. I also found one online - Mountain View Motel and RV Park. Has anyone stayed in any of these campgrounds, or can you make other recommendations?

We just left Indian RV Park in Buffalo, WY today. Most of their sites are very accommodating for big rigs. The better sites are up front among the trees but you will not be able to use a sat dish. They have decent cable TV.

There are a few open sites in the back of the RV park but they got muddy when it rained and the actual parking spots are not well suited to longer coaches, IMO. We started out in one of the open spots but moved to the front section the next day.

There is a great little family owned restaurant at the entrance of the RV park called Dash's. The food is very good there.... great chicken, ribs, burgers, etc.

The KOA just off I90 looked nice too. I saw several large coaches in there.

Thank you smlranger! We are here & we have a space in the front of the park. Evidently a storm passed through a short time before we arrived and another one just finished, so we are seeing quite a bit of standing water. We noticed the restaurant when we pulled in and if we had not eaten at the historic Chico Hot Springs Restaurant last night, we would have tried it. : ) Are you traveling east or west?

We are heading West. We are at Walmart in Bozeman, MT this evening. Tomorrow we will drive down 191 into West Yellowstone and then over into Idaho on Rt. 20. We are headed to Oregon.

The only negative at Indian RV Park was the fluff falling from those big cottonwood trees . Gets into everything and really sticks to your shoes when they are wet. Maybe the storm knocked the rest of that off the trees before you got there.

Nope. Saw the cottonwood blowing around all over when we got here! Preparing us for MN perhaps? Not nearly as problematic as the mosquioto's!! : ) This morning we left Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in Livingstson, MT & thought the scenery was amazing! Four years ago we stayed at the KOA Yellowstone West. Such a beautiful area, how can you go wrong?

Way too late for the OP, but for anyone visiting Buffalo, we really like Indian CG and a drive through Crazy Woman Canyon is a must do. A regular passenger car should be no problem.
