California Travel

I am going from Red Bluff in California off of Interstate 5 to RT 36, to get to Susanville, California, to Rt 395, to get on Interstate 80 East.

Who knows if the road is not to steep to get over. I have a Winnebago Vector 1996, gas, 454. One good thing that it is about 35 degrees up there at night. I will be on it by 6am. Overheating might not be a problem. I also will be towing my car.

You'll do fine on there. We went that route two years ago and enjoyed it.

Very scenic and you'll get over the grades just a bit slow, but that allows you to see the scenery.

Gas up before you leave.

Thanks A lot!!! I was very apprehensive. I did take a test ride with my truck yesterday and it did not look bad. Just wanted to validate.
I am now in Chico, CA leaving next Wednesday. I took a test drive with my tow vehicle, and on hill was an 11% grade. I had problems but made it.
