Class A Storage in warmer territory

We're leaving Michigan in early October, heading for Bar Harbor, ME then south along the Easter Seaboard, until around mid-November. We plan on storing our DP and driving our Toad back to Michigan. We'll be returning to our DP after Christmas. We need suggestions for good affordable indoor storage somewhere south of North Carolina (South Carolina, Georgia, Northern Florida). We'll be doing Jan, Feb & Mar in North Fort Myers, FL.

Georgia RV Storage

I store mine at home so I can't recommend any of these.

As long as you are going to Maine, check out these campgrounds. Gray Homestead has all facilities. Sagadahoc Bay doesn't have sewer hook-ups. Both of these campgrounds runs their own lobster boat. They will cook the lobster and bring it to your RV for a very nominal fee. A couple of years ago it was $5.00 a pound. They will do the same with clams also.

It is not indoor storage ... but a friend of mine who lives in upstate New York .. each fall he drives his motorhome to Tampa and parks it in long term parking (either at or near) the aiport ... then flies home until after Christmas ... and then returns to his motorhome.

So I suggest you check out long term parking facilities near major airports.
