Corn Palace Parking

It's been nearly 30 years since we have been to the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore and Western South Dakota. We are heading out that way next week and was wandering what the parking is like at the Corn Palace in Mitchell. We will have a motor home towing a pickup. How is the route off of I-90 and is the parking lot big enough to get around in? Thanks.....

I was there a couple year ago. At the time I had a 36' coach & pulling a toad. We parked on the street about 2 blocks away for front door.

We were there a couple of years ago. There was a city parking lot just a block or two from the Corn Palace with RV parking spaces. We put our 31' rig in one and enjoyed our visit with 2 granddaughters.

Like BillL, but we were there last year during the remodel and could not even drive by. The city parking lot was a comfortable walk and we were not the only coach there.
