Cortez Co to Ridgway Co

We will be leaving Cortez, Co Tues May 31st and headed to Ridgway State Park in Ridgway, Co. My question is, can I travel Rt 145 from Delores through Telluride and over Rt 62 to Ridgway with 40 foot MADP towing a Honda Pilot? Is it just typical mountain driving or is there any really tight twisty stuff? I saw the comment about RT 550 and am hoping 145 is a little less twisty.
Thanks

Yep, have done it many times in a 37 fter and a 40 fter with Jeep in tow. It's an easy drive. Enjoy the views.
