I'm not sure what you're asking, jimmy. Only one of those routes leaves Denver, and neither goes to Tampa. Are you looking for routing suggestions, or just advice on pick which region of the country to go through?
Can't help on the casinos.

Tampa is the final destination but couldn't decide between heading east on 70 or south then east on 10 , the question was more about road conditions and members preferences

I70 is fastest way but I've gone diagonal across Texas on 287 to I40 then diagonal again down to 10 to I 75 to Tampa. We had kids with us last time we went so I wasn't looking for casinos , but we would now. I think the southern route is more interesting than I 70 across Kansas

LOL. Watching paint dry is more interesting...... well, never mind.
I guess it depends a bit on when you're going. Winter, I'd want to get south ASAP, so it'd be I-25 straight south for starters. Otherwise, starting on I-70 you have to cut the diagonal somewhere.
You could go as max suggested, or I-70 to St Louis, then I-64 and I-57 to I-24 all the way to Chattanooga, then I-75 to Tampa.

You asked about road conditions...I-10 going through Louisiana is horrible. Not the entire way, but a good portion. We just traveled it yesterday and stopped in Biloxi, so I can't comment going farther east. When you hop onto I-12, the road will be much better. Then when you hop back onto I-10, it gets bad again. Again, not 100%, but enough that it wasn't fun. It's certainly doable as tons do it everyday, but it's ridiculous how awful it is.

I-10 is one of the worst Interstates in the country. I avoid it at all costs. JMO but I wouldn't take it. I would rather travel the Grass Lands of KS than have my MH beaten to death on 10.

Yeah, well while you're making up your avoid list, jot down I-90 in Minnesota. We're in Rochester tonight, but from the SD line to here about 80% of the pavement is either frost-heaved asphalt or old broken concrete. Awful; shouldn't even meet highway standards.

As a follow up to my post above, to be fair I must point out that this morning we continued eastward through MN, and from Rochester to the WI line the highways are fine, many sections new (still with orange barrels in place) and not yet opened .
It seems it's the western sector now in the worst shape, but they're working on it.
