I was out of town for a couple of days for work. We will be staying at Glacier Basin inside the park. I kind of figure we will mostly be driving straight there and back except for the stay at RMNP. If I really don't need it inside the park, I might not tow our car. I don't want to miss someting important inside the park because we don't have the car. We mostly like seeing the scenery and doing some light hiking.

We've spent the last two summers camping inthe Moraine Park campground. It's the best in the park. I think most of the trees were removed from glacier basin campground, so there is not a lot of shade. Also, it's a quick drive from moraine park into the town of Estes Park.
