Depends on what you mean by "good". The simplest, shortest, quickest is probably straight up I77 to the Ohio Turnpike. Then west to I75 and then north to Detroit.

Yes there are some climbs but that's the nature of where you are and you'll have some hills regardless of route. I77 is more scenic and less traffic than the more western route of I26 to I81 to I40 to I75. The grades aren't super long with a max of 6-7% grade.
