That would be U.S. Route 95. You're going right past us Perhaps stop by in Lake Havasu City if you haven't been in the area, or the Parker Strip/Parker Dam area. Very scenic. Or, you could take a little detour and see Sedona, it's absolutely beautiful there, too.

sorry for the confusion. I did mean US 95 starting from Yuma and going north. Thanks for the help desertlass, our first stop will be Lake havasu area. We almost made it there when we came through Quartzsite about a month ago. Does anyone know any other places to see going to Reno area, I have never been that way. I have been on 395 but never really stopped to check any thing out. This time I got plenty of time.

Free overnight camping with water, garbage, and dump station at the casino in Hawthorne NV. Stop in Tonopah and tour the mining park.

Be very cautious in these small towns especially Goldfield as to your speed. They survive on ticket money.

You might also like to visit Lake Tahoe, it's near Reno, NV.

FYI, Heading north out of Yuma, US-95 shifts into California on I-10 at Quartzsite. AZ-95 continues north through Lake Havasu.
