going into canada

last time i went into canada, i used the blaine washington crossing.my problem is the tight turns to get through,im 43 feet plus a tow,my question is how mad do they get if you just go through with the semi trucks,or greyhounds ?

Use the Peace Arch crossing. I've had no problems navigating through there, at the same length as you.

i use sumas. less traffic and far right lane is plenty wide.

Many times I go through the truck gates as there is not enough clearance under the roof.

We also used the Sumas, WA crossing with no problem. It's a straight thru. They do not like you using the semi entrance. We've seen folks really getting yelled at. Best to play by the rules at crossings.

The Aldergrove/Lynden crossing is the best in the Vancouver area for RV. Going south into the US, they have a dedicated Truck & RV lane and coming back into Canada trhe lanes are straight and wide enough for big rigs.
