Going through Oklahoma City

A couple of years ago, we went through Oklahoma City to get to Amarillo on the way to Southern Colorado. The construction on the west side of town was terrible. Some of the roughest stretch of highway I can remember. Can someone who has been through there recently give me an updated condition of the highway through Oklahoma City?

I live just outside of Oklahoma City and don't recall to much construction going on, granted I've been gone the Last 4 months but Oklahoma does have a construction update page for the Oklahoma City metro. Hope this helps with what you are looking for.

Lot better now. The problem was the expansion joints. I think they fixed most of it, went through there last Nov and don't recall it being so bad. Not perfect by any means, but much improved over what it was.
