Grand Canyon; E Rim Rd

Has anyone ever driven the E Rim Rd into Grand Canyon Village? That's AZ Rt 64, about 55 miles from US 89 into the Grand Canyon NP. Is it OK for a 40ft MH? I'm told its worth the drive from a scenic POV. It looks fine on Google. Just checking. Thanks.

Okay...sounds like a scenic way into Trailer Village. What about taking 64 south all the way to Williams/I-40...instead of 180...when leaving? (Heading to Vegas and don't want to burn extra fuel)
