Glad you got to and fro safely....

I personally avoid the Beltway area around D.C. every chance I get,but you seem to have done fine...Maybe next time do the "other" route just to see....

I think what worked so well for us is that we arranged our drive time so that we were in the DC beltway area on Sunday, both going and returning home.

Have a safe trip home! Soak up that Florida sunshine while you can cuz it's COLD and windy in PA.

Tom N thats the Exact route I've taken several times fron Canada, our destination was ZypherHills as well. Very scenic.
Last year we took I 79 south of Erie PA. Very mountainous, but a few miles shorter..?
