Has anyone taken hwy 200 from Sandpoint, Idaho to Missoula, Montana. Is it worth taking to avoid the mountains and construction east of Coeur d'Alene on I-90?

We took 200 from Missoula to Sandpoint in 2004. It was a very good highway. You will not be able to drive as fast as the Interstate but you will be able to see plenty of beautiful scenery and the road is good to drive on. Have fun! Indiana Journey

gwalla: G'morning. We likewise drove Hyw. 200 from Missoula to Sandpoint a few years ago and found it to be a beautiful drive which primarily skirted the Clark Fork River most of the way. The two lane pavement was in great condition. Enjoy. Steve & Lynette
