Living at Pensacola Beach, we've driven that route many times - with and without the RV.
Watch your time of day. It's a crowded road, especially until you get north of US 90/Nine Mile road. There's some construction right now near the I-10 exits, but we've been through there twice in the past month with the RV with no problems. That part of the road is a bit rough but I've been on much worse.
They widened Hwy113 to 4 lanes several years ago and that makes getting around any farm equipment much easier.
When you make the right turn just over the state line in Flomaton, AL, you will turning left fairly quickly onto 113. Ease on over to the inside lane as soon as you can.
Watch your speed in both Century, FL and Flomaton, AL. Both small towns with not a whole lot to occupy law enforcement most of the time. They don't like speeders.
