Hot Springs to Russelville

Leaving Hot Springs, Arkansas, heading for Oklahoma on I-40. How is AR-7 from Hot Springs to Russelville? We're in a 37' DP w/Toad.
All input appreciated.

There are several bridges on the route that can be very challenging for two large vehicles to cross at the same time . A number of logging trucks use Hwy 7. One of the bridges comes into view suddenly as you travel the highway . We used to use this route but do not any longer.
